Having The Right Attitude To Earn An Online Income.

Most people fail to make any money running a home based business simply because they have failed to lay the right foundations right at the start.

This article gives some straight forward advice on how you need to have the right mindset to acheive success running a home based business.

How much do you really want to make money online? Do you want to develop a business which can make money for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week almost automatically?

I am sure you do...Or else you wouldn't be reading this article right this minute. I have good news...and bad news for those of you desire this for yourself.

The Good News is...YES, you can make money online. Many others have created full-time incomes while only working part-time online. It is within your grasp. Plus, many of them have started with little or no money!

The Bad News is...Many of you will need a change of attitude before you will be able to reach your goals.

Yes...Even with the right information and the right foundation, many people have still failed in their online ventures just because they did not develop the right attitude. An old statement that comes to mind right now for me is "Your Attitude determines your Altitude."

Your success in life cannot bypass your attitude about life. If your mindset is that you are poor and always will be poor, it will show itself in anything you do. No matter what you do, your results will be poor in your online business.

Having a positive mentality about yourself and about your business is a part of this right attitude, but that is not what I want to focus on in this section. I want to focus on your reasons and vision for your online business.

If your vision for your online business is to just make enough money for a little extra income or to just produce a full-time income for yourself, you will be severely limiting your results. If that is you, you need a change of attitude.

Those who are the most successful people in online business are the ones who LOOK for problems and develop solutions to them. They have a vision which is bigger than just to make a little money. They have a vision to solve problems for others.

YES, you need to learn about Internet Marketing Techniques and about how to write killer ad copy. Yes, you need to know how to produce sales, BUT what is it that you are selling?

Are you selling just another product OR are you selling a SOLUTION to people's problems. Are you just in business to make a little money or do you honestly care about helping other people? The ones who become the most successful in their online business are the ones who find a NEED and fill it. They develop the answer that people need.

This factor is true and can be applied no matter what type of online business you are in. For example, if you run a network marketing site, are you just trying to hype people up in your program OR are you becoming a source for information on how they can succeed through this method of distribution.

LOOK for problems...
People are frustrated with learning how submit to search engines!
People are frustrated with learning how to use certain software!
People are frustrated with not being able to produce sales!
People are frustrated with health problems!

Look for these types of problems and frustrations and develop or find products which have the answers. In other words, DON'T just try to think of new ways to make money...Think of ways to solve more problems for more people! Then, the money will come once you learn the marketing side of the equation.

Too often we want someone to just hand us a completely developed business or a business-in-a-box. The truth of the matter though is that most of the time, these types of plans just don't exist. Any type of online business you get involved in will require you to begin thinking of new ways to advance it if you want to be as successful as possible.

The Good News is that all you have to do is start changing your attitude over to being a problem solver. What problems are still out there in your specific market? What problems do people have when they order from your competition? What can you do to make your product or service a better answer to people's needs?

When you ask yourself these types of questions you are often taking the first step to success. You are recognizing the problem. Now, with the right attitude, you can start looking for the solution. You have the question. Now, Apply the thinking, brainstorming, research, and work to find the answer.

Finding the Dream Job by Having a solid Resume

A solid and organized resume is the key to getting the job you want. Simply put, without a good resume, you will not get noticed. Without getting noticed, you will not be called for interviews.

CV, organized, resume, interview

Article Body:

Without those interviews, you will not be getting any offers. So in order to achieve this goal of getting a job offer, the compressed biography of your achievements must be stellar. Keep in mind that this is a summary of your achievements, not of your life story. Most importantly, write a well organized, concise CV. In working towards this goal, keep in mind the goal of your resume. This goal is to get you an interview. Be sure that your resume stays within those boundaries and is a neat and well organized document. In the same vein, keeping your resume neat and organized will ensure that you know the contents of your resume inside and out. Too many college grads, especially, fill their resumes to hide any experience lacking, and upon landing an interview, hesitate when being asked specific questions about information included on the resume. Avoid this situation by arriving at the interview fully prepared to elaborate on anything you have included in the resume. A resume that sticks to the aim of getting an interview will be a resume that is carefully thought through and well organized, and which is focused on things relevant to your career past and career future.

Never lose sight of the objective of the resume. The main objective is to secure an interview. An effective resume conveys that the employer needs you. If you manage to secure an interview, you have won half the battle. Approach the interview as a live transmission and expansion of what has been stated in your resume. Do not view the interview as an hour of scrutiny upon your life and experiences. Remember, your resume was good enough to be noticed, and your life achievements created the resume; thus you deserve the job. When composing your resume, review every point you have included, and check to see that it both states something positive about you and is said in an original way. Use words that indicate that because of you, things happen. Your presence was a catalyst in moving the company forward. Don’t be shy; the resume has no place for modesty, but it also has no place for bragging. In other words, your resume should turn heads, but never in doubt as to what have you said about yourself.

While achieving the goal of the resume - the interview, work to make an organized resume. Organization applies to all levels of the resume: the aesthetic format, the ordered placement of the facts, and the previous employments you choose to include. The aesthetics should be friendly to the eye, and help to draw attention to the most important points. Those that are most important should always be located nearer to the top. In other words, activities and employments that are most relevant and current should be listed first. Bullet point formats are popular for their neatness and visual aid in drawing attention where it is due. Within each bullet point, include only the most applicable and important information that your future employer will want to know about your other jobs and activities. Keeping these points concise and to the point is helpful, as not much time is spent on reading a resume, so paragraphs describing a job will be skipped over. Concise points also help achieve the end of an aesthetically organized resume.

Every company wants well-organized employees, so showing off the bat that you are organized will be a benefit for you. No matter how gifted you are, if your resume looks like a crossword puzzle in its organization and format, it will be hard for the potential employer to see your talent. When your resume is well-written, clear, and organized, you are marketing to potential employers your writing skills along with good standards of neatness and organization. Having made this impression on paper will smooth your sailing for an easy interview, as the employer’s opinion of you will already be positive.

Once the interview date has been set, this is a time to calm your nerves instead of working them into a frenzy. Don’t forget that you are going on this interview because you have already impressed the employer. Your job now is to continue the positive impression already made, and to show your character, which can’t be shown on paper. The best way of continuing a positive impression is to be prepared to talk about yourself directly and in focus, just like your resume has. When asked why you want to work in the specific career, don’t recount all the twists and turns in your life that have brought you to the conclusion; be to the point. Remember that you must be able to back up and expand on anything that you have included in your resume. Thankfully, that little piece of paper referred to as the resume has already accomplished quite a bit of work for you. It has informed the employer who you are, and what you want in a job. Now it is your turn to better acquaint yourself with who the employer is and what he wants in an employee. View the interview with such an attitude: the chance for both potential employer and employee to learn more about each other.

The resume is your formal introduction to the career world. It discloses your talents to those who are seeking just such talents. To this aim, it is important not to lose sight of the goal of the resume. The resume lets the employer know who you are, why he needs you, and where he can reach you so that he can secure an interview with you. Write your resume to reflect these goals, in a concise, organized and well-phrased document. Use this organized and well-phrased resume to your advantage at the interview, as the document is, essentially, the first impression that you have made. This is the manner in which you should view the preparation and presentation of your resume. Once at the interview, put a smile on your face and pat your resume on the back for the great job both you and it have already done - your dream career is now very near!

Having a poor self-image is a leading cause of stress and anxiety

Having a poor self-image

stress and anxiety

Article Body:

There was this movie shown way back in 1992 called “Single White Female.” The main characters are played by two famous actresses named Bridget Fonda and Jennifer Jason Leigh. The character “Allie” is a successful software designer in the “Big Apple” who always found her climb up the career ladder and her personal life as both less than ideal. After asking her boyfriend to move out of the apartment, Allie opened up some space for a possible roommate. After a succession of possible roommates whom she found to be “weirdos”, she was able to settle on having shy lady named “Hedy” as a companion, albeit a paying companion in the apartment.

Hedy turned out to be another weirdo. Hedy became so obsessed with Allie that she even copied her looks, way of dressing, and literally assumed Allie's identity. Somehow, Hedy found security in assuming the relatively happier life of Allie.

The character of Hedy actually demonstrates the loneliness and perils of a person suffering from inferiority complex. This inferiority complex is nothing new or rare. In fact, many women especially young girls are experiencing this form of low self-esteem. An inferiority complex is a nagging feeling of never being able to be “good enough.” It is being so “uncomfortable” with how one looks, speaks, or moves. It is a total lack of appreciation for one's self. Inferiority complex is an extreme lack of self-esteem, self-confidence, and having a constant feeling of inadequacy.

For some people their concept of self-worth is based on the affirmation of other people. Affirmation, or confirmation, in the form of a friendly smile, a handshake or simple “hello” decides whether a person with an inferiority complex would feel good about himself or herself. The need for social approval is one underlying needs of persons with low self-esteem. When a person lacks social skills, he or she develops a self-pity mode which may eventually lead to stress and anxiety. According to Alfred Adler, a well known Austrian psychologist, “the inferiority complex” is derived from physical disability or from faulty relationships. This complex is a “need” to validate one's self.

Some of the causes of inferiority complex include:

l Socio-Economic Causes - This is a common cause and mostly felt by people from a lower socio-economic class or people who worked for wealthy families. Seeing other people living in higher standards makes the person from the lower class blame himself for not being successful or for not being able to provide a better life for his family.

l Physical Causes - This results from a physical defect or lack of appreciation for one's physical appearance. Some people feel inferior for being overweight, being too skinny, or being too short. Because of their physical conditions, these people think of themselves as less important than others.

To defeat the ill-effects of low self-esteem, here are some tips to feel better about yourself:

1. Never compare yourself to others

2. Work along with others, be a team player

3. Participate in worthwhile activities

4. Don't neglect yourself-you can improve yourself through going to school, attending workshops, seminars

5. Focus on the positive side of your life- be thankful for what you have

6. Read famous people who had overcome their failures and adversities especially people who becomes rich by sheer hard work and determination

If these tips don't help, your last resort may probably be to get proper counseling or in extreme cases get the advice and services of a psychiatrist.

Having Fun With Thought Crimes

Patience for the operator comes from having a clear outcomes. “Outcomes” are defined as goals that are under the

control of the operator. Anything that is not under the control of the operator falls into the category of wishes and

hopes and the operator is advised to ignore them.

With an understanding of outcomes, the rest is a matter of time hence the need for patience. The operator has an

understanding that while the end outcome has value the next most recent outcome is the most important outcome.

This mindset prevents the hurried rush of urgency that is often accompanies unrestrained youth.

The Mystery of Silence

Silence, as you'll learn, creates a unique sense of mystery. The operator does well to apply the following rules when

considering his outcomes:

Conceal your intentions.

Being open with your intentions invites people who will obstruct, steal and hijack what you've intended.

Demonstrate through actions never through argument.

Telling people what you do will invite the thought that you are a braggart and you risk boring others with stories of

your accomplishments. If these stories are remembered they are likely to be retold with scepticizm. People remember

what is done and build stories and mythologies around your actions by combining their story with their own emotions.

Use this to your advantage and let other people speak of your actions.

Always say less than necessary.

There is a mystery that comes from the “strong silent” type. Saying something outright can be forgotten but if you

allude to something, even something you know will happen, when it occurs the mystery will be confirmed.

This does not mean that you are unemotional or cold. Instead you behave as if you know something that most people

don't know or something that they shouldn't know.

Make what is difficult seem easy.

This again adds to the mystery of the operator. There are several ways that this can be done, one such way is guile

like slight of hand or prestidigitation. One method using guile is to allude to an unforeseen incidence as if you did

knew about it before hand but this should be done sparingly. Another such way to make the difficult seem easy is skill

and experience and has the strongest impact.

With this strong emphasis on mystery it does not mean that you act completely unaccessible. Instead, what you teach

should be treated as a mystery. What you know is for few to discover and only those rare individuals who are ready can

learn it. This will allow you to mix in any social circle, tease, laugh, flirt and cajole while the mystery of your

knowledge and understanding follows you like compelling lover.

Conviction

Conviction is a fairly simple concept. It means that you are certain of what you are doing and why you are doing it.

Conviction means that you are so convinced that what you are doing it right, justified and good that it compels you

act. Strong conviction will compel you so powerfully to face any opposition without fear or hesitation. Conviction

will also cause you to ignore any personal fears or anxieties.

With that as a definition of conviction ask yourself if there is anything you feel that strongly about? If there is

the dive into it and use it as a resource.

If you don't yet have something that motivates you to that level of conviction it's not too late. Think about the

things that you love to do and be active in. remember times when committed yourself to do something simply because you

knew it was right and felt good.

If you ever want to watch two people empowered by their conviction speaking to the public just watch any old videos of

Rev. Billy Graham or Adolf Hilter. Ignore the message and turn off the sound. Just watch them. Both are compelling

speakers that are hard to ignore. That is the level of conviction you might want to aspire.

Focus

If you have a strong conviction that what you are doing is right. You won't need too much help to build your focus.

But let's assume you have no idea what focus really is.

First, your sense of focus is to be used and demonstrated whenever you are with someone who could be a prospect,

recruit or initiate. When you are in their presence there should be nothing more than them on your mind.

Your goal it create an experience for them (you're a guru remember?) that they are the most important person in the

world to them at that moment in time.

In order to do this let's take a look at how most of our lives are like.

First, there is no secret to the fact that no matter who you are shit is going to happen. You are going to have to pay

bill, feed your belly and think about where the next dollar is coming from... this is just a part of life.

Your ability to focus and get what you want with a prospect, recruit or initiate can be directly effected by all of

these things if you let them. Even if they never come up in conversation. If those distracting details are on your

mind during a conversation you will not impact anyone to the degree that you could.

What you have to do at those moment is intentionally put aside everything that could distract you from paying

attention to that person. When you do that nothing else is important and it will affect them in a very powerful way.

Winning no matter the outcome; The God Complex

The God Complex is my favorite subject and so I hope I do it justice.

The God Complex has absolutely nothing to do with a growing sense of infallibility and megalomanical behaviors.

What makes up the God Complex is really a perspective that is far more distant than your next outcome.

Let's face it. With every goal you have a possibility of failure. That's just life. It does happen and it will happen.

But if you incorporate any possible failure into your “big picture” and find a way so that you can benefit from it

there will never be a disappointment or surprise.

Most people “fail” only because they invest too much of themselves in their success so that when it falls short they

are devastated. Some never recover. However if they realize failure is possible and incorporate it... should it happen

all they do is continue on with their business.

They have a bigger picture of themselves, Life, and their goals.

The result is they are more flexible to respond to what life throws them. Nothing surprises them except 1) when

someone truly “gets it” or 2) when someone who should get doesn't. They are kinder to themselves and to the people

around them because they feel in control no matter what the situation.
